Please include your order number, return reason, and clear photos of the packaged product for verification.
Returned items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging should be included whenever possible.
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Returns for Personal Preference
We understand that sometimes an item may not work for your space, style, or needs.
Returns for non-quality-related reasons may include:

You changed your mind after delivery
For personal preference returns, the customer shoud be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
After review, we will help arrange a replacement, exchange, return, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 8 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
